Mino Farina does not offer refunds on any of our physical products. Once items are purchased ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Products
Once you purchase a physical product from our store, we are not responsible for any damages or stolen items that occurred during shipping. We do not offer refunds, we ask that you carefully read the description bar prior to purchasing.
Exchanges
If you received an item that is damaged, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. We will issue a return label to which then you should send the item back in its original packaging within 7 days.
Items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
International Orders
All international sales are FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL SALES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. ALL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
RETURN CONDITION
Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging. If item show signs of being worn, washed, soiled, Mino Farina reserve the right to refuse said item and customer will be charge a shipping fee to send damaged item back.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
